Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We support returns and refunds for products that meet the following conditions within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods:

  • Product has quality problems, damage, wrong shipment or missing accessories
  • Product is unused, intact, retains original packaging and labels
  • Return application is submitted within the valid period with valid order number and product photos

Ineligible Situations (No Return & No Refund):

  • Products damaged artificially, worn, stained or lost original packaging
  • Returns applied beyond the 30-day valid period
  • Customized personalized products (exclusive customized styles do not support unconditional returns)
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage or collision by the user

2. Return Process

  1. Send a return & refund application via our official email, providing order ID, product problem description and real photos
  2. Our customer service will review your application within 1-3 working days and reply with return instructions
  3. Send back the product according to the designated return address, and keep the logistics waybill
  4. We will inspect the product within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods

3. Refund Rules

  • Quality Problem: Full refund + our bearing return shipping fee
  • Personal Reason Return: Full product price refund, buyer bears round-trip shipping fees
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment channel within 7-14 working days after inspection and confirmation

4. Partial Refund & Special Instructions

For products with minor defects confirmed by both parties, we support partial refund solutions instead of returns. Due to the handmade characteristics of woven products, slight texture differences and manual traces are normal and do not belong to quality problems, which do not support returns and refunds.

5. Order Cancellation

You can apply for order cancellation for free before the product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will be regarded as a personal return, and the relevant shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
